This recipe comes from Sumperk. This town is located in the Olomouc region. It is a central part of the historical region of Moravia. The Olomouc region borders the Moravian-Silesian, Zlin, South Moravian, and Pardubice regions. The capital city is Olomouc. The main river of Olomouc is the Morava river. The highest mountain is Praded (4900 ft).
The town of Sumperk pleasantly surprises us with its architectural beauty and excellent position. It’s no wonder that it is called Little Vienna. In the past, rich entrepreneurs from Sumperk invited famous Viennese architects to build their villas and palaces. The appearance of Sumperk became very similar to the appearance of the capital of the Hapsburg monarchy.
