Prosper Golf Resort Celadna, one of the biggest golf resorts in Central Europe, is situated in a village Celadna in Moravian-Silesian region. Dominant features of the resort are 2 eighteen-hole golf courses with a clubhouse and a pleasant environment for golfers. There are three types of golf courses available- The Old Course, The New Course and The European Course. The Old Course was given its contemporary shape in 2004 and remains a great challenge for the golfers of all performance categories. It has been designed by a respectable architect M. A. Jimenes and is known for its unique individuality of each hole. If you are a fan of uniformity then it is recommended to try a different destination. Its significance also lies in its location, its submontane surroundings creates a very pleasant atmosphere and the courses belong to the largest in the Czech Republic and can easily compete with renowned courses worldwide, it is also one of the reasons why many golf fans come to visit this place so frequently. It is good to emphasise that The European Course hosted the most successful professionals of PGA European Tour in 2011. It remains popular for non-professionals as well as it requires not only a precise game but also forces the golfers to ruminate about every step they take and stay very concentrated. This necessity of permanent focus is balanced by peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature. There is also an opportunity to stay there over night or spend a holiday there. There are many well-equipped hotels and guest houses providing accommodation and other different services, namely a four-star Hotel Prosper, Green In Hotel situated in the edge of one of the golf courses or Pension Manka located right in the village Celadna. A new Prosper Resort hotel was opened in May 2017 and is a part of the main building of the clubhouse.
