This is a local Czech recipe from the Usti Region.
Visitors of the Usti Region can admire the unique panorama of the Bohemian Central Range, deep forests of the Krusne (Ore) mountains and Luzicke (Lusatian) mountains, and the elegant meandering landscape along the Elbe river. There are many ski centers offering ideal conditions for both downhill and cross-country skiing. The Elbe sandstones are very popular among climbers.
