This dish is one of the most typical in Czech cuisine. It takes time, but it is delicious and Czech people love it. The dish is usually connected with Christmas, because Czech people serve it on Christmas Eve. In the Czech Republic, the traditional fish is Carp. You can use any other kind of fish, such as flounder, cod, grouper, catfish, tilapia or perch etc.
