This is a local Czech recipe from the Pardubice Region.
6 slices toast bread
8 cups of all-purpose flour
salt to taste
Cut the bread into small cubes and fry them in butter until golden brown. Mix by hand the flour, fried bread cubes, eggs and a pinch of salt and shape the dough into round dumplings. Cook them about half an hour. Pour warm milk over finished dumplings and serve.
